Workshop Content:

Understanding and exploring how principles of Buddhist Mindfulness can support and open up a deeper experience of Yoga asana practice.

These 3 hr workshops aim to introduce the practitioner to how mindfulness can be integrated into the practice of Yoga facilitating a clearer sense of direction, precision and depth. These workshops are centred around a gentle but focused exploration of different families of postures with careful attention given to internal release; giving a taste of the wide potential that this therapeutic synthesis offers.
